Information you choose to provide

This may include a display name or first name and last initial, optional email, password-protected account information, room posts, direct messages, prayer requests, stories, contact or mentor requests, volunteer applications, phone numbers, availability, and other details you submit.

Information collected automatically

We collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the site, such as pages viewed, clicks, approximate region or country, device or browser information, visit timing, return visits, and security logs. We use local storage, cookies, or similar technology for sign-in, preferences, unread indicators, and basic analytics.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and community features, deliver messages and requests, respond to you, review and moderate content, prevent abuse and spam, maintain safety, understand site use, improve the service, and comply with law.

Who can see it

Public room posts, non-anonymous prayer requests, approved stories, and published directory entries may be visible to visitors. Direct messages and private requests are limited to the intended recipients and authorized team members, but no online service can promise absolute confidentiality. Administrators and assigned moderators may access information needed for safety and moderation.

Service providers and legal disclosures

Trusted hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, and security providers process information for us. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a credible safety threat, to protect rights and users, or during a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Pseudonyms and sensitive details

You may browse without an account and are encouraged to use a first name and last initial in public areas. A pseudonym reduces public exposure but does not make activity technically untraceable. Do not post medical records, addresses, financial information, passwords, or another person's identifying details.

Retention and security

We keep information while needed to operate the community, address safety or legal obligations, and maintain records. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or moderation records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information we control, subject to legal, safety, backup, and recordkeeping needs. You can browse public pages without signing in and can avoid optional contact fields. Contact us to make a privacy request.

Children and changes

This community is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this Policy and will post the current effective date here.
